Working in a basic way – MWT Pre-treatment and reverse osmosis (RO) lines

 

Desalination RO plant with water pre-treatment system for sea water application is dedicated to open-intake sea water treatment.

Sea water comes from a submersible pump situated approximately 2 meters under sea level on a floating platform.

 

It is necessary to fix inlet pressure (before the pre-treatment system) at the range of 5.0 – 6.0 bar.

 

When the inlet pressure is on an expected level, turn to AUTO mode in the pre-filtration unit.

 

When RO inlet pressure reaches 2,3 bar as a minimum, the RO unit is ready to work.
